The MLS JC Construction Services is a sister company of Mindanao Laboratory Services (MLS) which is a sole proprietorship company located at Davao St., Aluba, Macasandig, Cagayan de Oro City. It was established on December 3, 2007, and started to operate in the first quarter of the following year.

MLS JC Construction Services is now primarily engaged in construction services. Site development, road concreting, and design and build of residential, commercial, industrial building structures and other civil works projects.

Also, the company engages in trading of goods like Heavy Duty Industrial Diesel Generators, Distribution Transformers, LED lights up to 4th generation Luminaires, Heavy equipment, Air Compressors, Pneumatic Equipment, Variable Frequency Drives, Chlorine Dioxide, Dosing Pumps and Submersible Deep well Pumps, Electric Chain Hoist and High Volume Low-Speed Industrial Fan through government contracting and also private customers.
